Waverley Autumn Season Concludes
The Waverly Competition has wrapped up for another
semester. We’ll be seeing the entry of a new team for the Spring
season, Monash Opals.
Well done to all the girls who played, and congratulations to the Gems team which made it to the semi-finals, losing the match by one point.

Autumn Club Dinner
The club dinner was held at Sofia's Restaurant in Camberwell.
For those that attended a great night was had, with plenty of food,
including some great pizzas and gelato. Thanks to the social event
organisers, we’ll be looking forward to the upcoming Trivia Night.
PRESENTATION
NIGHT ‘09
This year, presentation night was again held at
the Station Hotel in Prahran, and an enjoyable night was had by all. A
great turnout saw the presentation of the Best and Fairest for each
team, as well as the election of our club committee. Congratulations to
all of the new and returning committee members.

SPRING CLUB
DINNER
On the eve of the Parkville Spring Season
commencement, a great night was had by the 25 or so netballers and friends
that hit the Geebung for the second Club Dinner of the year. It was a
great chance to meet fellow opposition and get to know new team-mates.
The food was as fast as our players on court and devoured almost as
quickly! More opportunities to see team-mates off court in civilian
attire coming soon! Thanks to all players and friends that made the
night a standout on the Netball Club social calendar!
