[home] Trivia night The inaugural Monash Netball and Monash Touch Trivia Night was held at the Geebung Hotel on Saturday the 9th May. Not even The Mothers Day Classic starting early the next morning could deter us from going out and having a great time. Run by Club Committee and special guests, the night was the year's main fundraiser for both clubs and all profits for the night will be well spent. There were over 100 eager guests fighting it out and digging deep to win prizes from Asics, Netball Victoria, The Athlete's Foot, Loreal, Genesis, Star Fitness and Tupperware. Highlights of the night included the glamorous Netball Victoria representative presenting the major raffle prize, the iPod and digital photo frame. Also worthy of mention were the boys, proud winners of the Loreal and cosmetics prize packs. Last minute Mother's Day gifts or props for the night as the party continued on elsewhere? Every good man needs smudge proof lip gloss. Strategy and quick thinking prevailed to win the night's games. As did not wearing red undies. Also vital during the night was each table's Grommit's diligence and attentiveness, carrying out their duties with gusto.
