[home] Sports Ball Each year the Monash University Netball Club (MUNC) alongside other Monash University sports clubs including AFL, touch rugby and water polo organise a fundraiser ball The 2007 Ball was a big success as reported by one party-goer! Drinks flowing, frocks swishing and the music pumping: the 2007 Monash Sports Ball was certainly a night to remember. A picturesque setting with the lights of the city sparkling on the Yarra below, we had guests sipping drinks on the balcony before filling out the space inside the Melbourne Uni Rowing Club. Approximately 200 of us made it a fantastic atmosphere as the DJ switched from old favourites to more fast-paced party songs. On a full tummy of beer, wine, champagne and some well-timed finger food, we chatted, laughed and danced the night away. For some of us, the event lasted until the wee hours of the Sunday morning as the good times continued to roll at the official after-party.
